Jeanne M. Boland, 84, passed away Friday, January 30, 2009, in Wichita Falls. Private family services will be held at a later date.

Jeanne was born February 11, 1924, in Sterling, Illinois, and grew up in South Bend, Indiana.

Jeanne and her husband of 64 years, James F. Boland, were married December 2, 1944, in South Bend, Indiana. Jim and Jeanne moved to Wichita Falls in 2000. She was a homemaker and volunteer. Jeanne will best be remembered by her family, for her love for the University of Notre Dame Fighting Irish and her love of animals.

Jeanne is survived by her husband, Jim, and numerous nieces and nephews.
