Patricia Ann La Fortune

PATRICIA A. NYCUM, 92, passed away Friday, Feb. 17, 2017 at Hospice Home in Fort Wayne. Born in South Bend, Ind., she was the daughter of the late Louis and Josie (Lynch) LaFortune.

Patricia worked for Philips Magnavox Electronics retiring in 1991. She was a member of American Legion Auxiliary Post 241, VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post 1000. Patricia spent her winters in Fort Myers, Fla.

Surviving are son, Patrick M. (Rocio) Nycum of Jackson, Tenn., daughter, Carolyn A. Thatcher of Fort Wayne; four grandchildren, five great grandchildren. Patricia was also preceded in death by her husband, John N. "Jack" Nycum.

Per Patricia's request, there will be private family services. Entombment in Catholic Cemetery , Fort Wayne, IN.
