SOUTH BEND - Lucille Peak, 90, of South Bend, died Sunday morning, February 23, 2014, in her home. She was born July 22, 1923, in South Bend, to the late Martin and Gertrude (Scope) Keb.

She was married to Ben Dennis and William Peak, both deceased.

Lucille is survived by a daughter, Judith Karmolinski (Richard) of South Bend, and sons, Fred Peak (Wendy) of Elkhart and Kurt Dennis of South Bend. She has 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Lucille has one sibling surviving her, Clifford Keb of South Bend. Preceding her in death were 4 brothers.

Lucille graduated from South Bend Central High School.

Lucille was a life member of Clay Democratic Club and Niles Post 1978 AMVETS Auxiliary. She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Friday, February 28, 2014, with burial to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Friends may visit with the family Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00 in the Welsheimer Family Funeral Home North, 17033 Cleveland Rd. A parish Rosary will be prayed at 6:30 in the funeral home.
