Lorraine A Augustine Knight

Lorraine A. Knight, 82, of South Bend, IN, passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2007, in Memorial Hospital. Lorraine was born on November 10, 1924 in South Bend to William E. and Ann Marie (Lipinski) Augustine.

She retired from Clark Equipment, where she was employed as a confidential secretary.

On April 23, 1945, in California, as Lorraine A. Augustine, she married Perry B. Knight, who preceded her in death. Survivors include her daughter, Judith Ann (David) Smith of Fort Jennings, OH; three sons, Phillip Bryant (Louise) Knight of Harold, KY, Mark William (Wendy) Knight of Niles, MI, and Todd Edward (Loretta) Knight of Elkhart, IN; ten grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 27, 2007, in Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive. Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call from 9:00 until 11:00 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home
