Patricia Ann (Wilson) Lane

SOUTH BEND — Patricia Ann Lane, 83, of Fairington Court, South Bend, IN, passed away on Saturday, May 8th, in her residence. She was born on February 11, 1927, in South Bend, to the late A. Alberta (Ditsch) and Don O. Wilson.

On March 8, 1947, she married J.Patrick Lane, who preceded her in death.

Patricia is survived by five daughters, Janet S. (William) Olcott of Appleton, WI, Linda L. (Jeffrey) Kotora of Huntsville, AL, Kathleen M. (Emmert) Johnson of Bremen, IN, Debra J. Lane of Mishawaka, IN, and Mary A. (Dan) Rizzardini of Hinsdale, IL; a son, R. Michael (Kathleen) Lane of Delafied, WI; 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; a sister, Nancy Wilson of Scottsdale, AZ; and a brother, Kenneth W. (Patricia) Wilson of Greenville, FL.

Her hobbies were cross-stitching, antiquing, singing with the Sweet Adeline’s in Florida, and she was an avid bridge player.She loved Big Band era music, birds and flow- ers.She was a member of the DAR, and the Widow and Widowers Group.

Patricia had a great sense of humor even while she was ill.She will be greatly missed by all of those whose lives she touched.

Informal graveside services for Patricia will be at Riverview Cemetery, South Bend, on Saturday, May 15, at 3 p.m.There will be no visitation. Welsheimer Family Funeral Homes assisted the family with arrangements. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Center for Hospice and Palliative Care, 111 Sunnybrook Court, South Bend, IN 46637.
