Mary Margaret Unger, 88, of Glendale, Arizona (formerly of Avondale), died Dec 27, 2010 at Glencroft Care Center. She was born Nov 29, 1922 in South Bend, Indiana to John Fred Trimmel and Elda M Wittevrongel.

Her first marriage was to Robert Fulton Vaughn and together they had four children. Her second marriage was to Martin Dale Unger and they had no children.

She was preceded in death by her husband Dale Unger and son, Robert Alan Vaughn.

Mary is survived by two daughters, Mary Ellen Vaughn (Charles) Gilchrist, of Goodyear, Arizona, and Dorothy Ann Vaughn (John) Frantom, of New Carlisle, Indiana; son David Edward Vaughn, of Phoenix, Arizona.

Mary moved to Arizona in 1976. At the time of her death she was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM, January 7th at Holy Cross Cemetery.
