Helen (Mesarik) Cook

Oct. 12, 1922 - Sept. 29, 1997 Helen Cook, 74, of Carlton Drive, Mishawaka, passed away at 4:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 29, in Fountainview Health Care Center, Mishawaka, of natural causes.

Helen was born Oct. 12, 1922, in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Michael and Rebecca Mesarik. On April 15, 1949, in South Bend, as : Helen Mesarik, she married Frank D. Cook. He passed away June 11, 1997.

Helen is survived by two daughters, Pamela Mitchell of Elkhart and Sandra Nelson of Granger; four grandchildren, Angeleque Rebecca Stone of Osceola, Dennis Frank Mitchell of Elkhart, Erin Rochelle Nelson of South Bend and Ryann Lee Nelson of Granger; three great-grandchildren, Tyler Anthony Canarecci of South Bend, Mae Kenzie Leanne Stone of Osceola and Blake William Stone of Osceola.

Friends may call from 4 until service time at 5 p.m. Thursday in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St., Mishawaka. Mr. Jim Getz of Jehovah's Witnesses North will officiate. Entombment will take place in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Memorial contributions can be made to Jehovah's Witnesses North, 54885 Elder Road, Mishawaka, IN 46545
