Raymond Jankowski

SOUTH BEND - A Memorial Service for Raymond Jankowski will be held this Monday, July 10, at 11 AM at Holy Cross Catholic Church. Mr. Jankowski was born on August 31, 1923 in South Bend.

He attended high school here, served in the U.S. Navy during WWII, attended Purdue University, married Virginia Golubski, and then worked at Studebaker. He continued as a pilot in the Navy Reserves for 27 years and worked as an executive for Kimberly Clark Corporation until his retirement. He passed away on October 13, 2016 in Nipomo, California. He is survived by his wife Diane and her two daughters, his own four sons and daughter, and five grandchildren.
