Howard Harvey Hawley

Howard H. Hawley, 84, of Plymouth, Indiana, passed away at 9:35 p.m.Tuesday, July 4, 2006, in Miller’s Merry Manor, Plymouth. Howard was born on April 29, 1922, in Peru, Indiana, to Harry and Hazel (Beagles) Hawley, who preceded him in death. He attended Tyner School before moving to South Bend, and graduated from Central High School.

Howard married Lois J. Heister on July 11, 1942.He served his country in the Army during WWII .Howard worked for NIPSCO for 28 years and retired on June 1, 1982.

Howard is survived by his wife, Lois of almost 64 years, of Plymouth; their daughters, Becky and Russell Young of Plymouth, and Peggy and Gary Radford of Stuarts Draft, Virginia; their sons, Noel and Phyllis Hawley of Plymouth, and Randall and Diane Hawley of Bremen. Also surviving are nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
