SOUTH BEND - Margaret E. Bill , 75, of Indianapolis, formerly of South Bend, died Tuesday in Community Hospital East, Indianapolis. Miss Bill was born March 13, 1919, in Logansport, Ind., and lived in South Bend until 1969. She is survived by two nieces, Cynthia Mills and Rebecca Hobbs, both of Indianapolis; and a sister-in-law, Virginia Bill of South Bend.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Indianapolis. Graveside services and burial will be at 3 p.m. Friday in Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend. Flanner & Buchanan Mortuary, Indianapolis, is in charge of arrangements.
