South Bend - Patricia Zabik, 86, passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2022.

Pat was born January 11, 1936 in South Bend, to the late Thaddeus and Madeline (Humphrey) Zabik. She is also preceded in death by her sisters, Jeanette Maciejewski and Theresa Van Overberge; and nephews, Daniel & Thomas Maciejewski.

Left to cherish the memory of Pat is a sister, Karen Straka; nephews, Joseph (Reyna) Van Overberghe, Timothy (Leslie) Van Overberghe, Robert (Sheri) Van Overberghe, James (Kimberly) Van Overberghe, Gary (Elizabeth) Van Overberghe, Jerry (Kathy) Straka, Donald (Maureen) Straka, Michael (Deb) Straka, Patrick (Erica) Straka, Bradley (Kristina) Straka, Ricky (Torrie) Straka; nieces, Susan (Randy) Nowacki, and Tina (Kurt) Barhydt.

Pat loved crocheting, working on puzzles, and gardening, she had beautiful flowers and flower bushes. She also loved going to the lake to fish, canoe, and spend time with family.

Visitation will be 3:00PM-7:00PM, Tuesday, June 7, 2022 in St. Joseph Funeral Home, Mayflower Rd. with a Rosary to be prayed at 4:00PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00PM, Wednesday, June 8, 2022 in Holy Family Catholic Church. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
