SOUTH BEND - Donald A. Horvath, 57, of Howard City, Mich., formerly of South Bend, died about 2 p.m. Monday in his home after an illness.
Mr. Horvath was a former employee of Ries Furniture Co. He was born April 21, 1937, in South Bend, and moved to Howard City eight months ago. He is survived by three daughters, Deborah Sexton of Leachville, Ark., Doreen Metheny of Caldwell, Mo., and Denise Miller of Walnut Ridge, Ark.; a son, Donald of Cornersville, Mo.; five grandchildren; two sisters, Kathy Pello of South Bend and Nancy Harbeson of Charleston, S.C.; and two brothers, George and William, both of South Bend.
Graveside services and burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday in St. Joseph Cemetery. There will be no visitation. St. Joseph Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
