Ronald John Fabiszak, Sr.

Ronald Fabiszak, Sr., 87, passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2025 in North Fort Myers, FL.

He was born on October 9, 1937 in South Bend, IN, to John and Helen Fabiszak.

On January 20, 1962, Ron married Joyce Pressel, who preceded him in death on September 5, 1992. On December 23, 2001, Ron married JoAnn Borowski, who preceded him in death on December 8, 2015.

Ron was also preceded in death by his son, Christopher Fabiszak, in 1968.

Ron is survived by three children, Cindy (Rick) Kelver of South Bend; Andy Fabiszak of Mishawaka, IN; and Ron Fabiszak, Jr. of South Bend; two stepdaughters, Christine Meyer of Elkhart and Natalie (Rodney) Kahl of Bradley, IL; ten grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.

Ron loved playing softball, volleyball, and pickleball. He was a member of Knights of Columbus and American Turners.

A memorial visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00pm on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at Palmer Funeral Home—Welsheimer North Chapel, 17033 Cleveland Road, South Bend, IN, with a rosary service held at 7:00pm.
