Arlene Cecilia Perkins, 79, of Tabor City, NC, passed away Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice Angel House in Whiteville, NC. She was born November 17, 1937 in South Bend, Indiana, daughter of the late Joseph and Esther Fabian.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, William A. Perkins and son, Joseph Bryer.
