Mildred M. “Millie” (Lutomski) Woltman

Mildred "Millie" M. Woltman, 90, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at Trailpoint Village in South Bend surrounded by her loving family. Millie was born January 13, 1932 in South Bend, Indiana to the late Michael Sr. and Mary (Chrzan) Lutomski. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Michael (who passed away last May).

Left to cherish the memory of Millie are her children Gary Woltman and Mary Ann (Woltman) Jannasch; son-in-law, Dirk Jannasch; sister-in-law, Barbara Lutomski and 6 grandchildren.

Millie was a graduate of South Bend Central High School, Class of 1950. She was employed as an executive secretary at Bendix Corporation for 35 years until she retired in 1995. She made many friends at Bendix and enjoyed being a member of the Salaried Retirees Club. Millie was also a parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church and a member of the Altar and Rosary Sodality. In addition, Millie was proud to be a lifetime resident of South Bend, to live comfortably in her simple little home on the west side of town, and to be the mother and provider of her two children, Gary and Mary Ann.

Visitation for Millie will be 8:30 am to 9:30 am, Saturday, February 19, 2022, at ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Road with a Funeral Service to begin at 9:30 am. If you wish to make a Memorial Contribution, please do so in Millie's honor to Trailpoint Village, Auguste's Cottage Memory Care Activities, 1950 Ridgedale Road, South Bend, IN 46614.

Millie's family would like to express their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Martin Lebbin, Renee Provost and the staff of Trailpoint Village for the wonderful care and compassion given to their mother.
