Charles D. Kuespert
Feb. 5, 1932- Feb. 28, 2005 Charles David Kuespert, 73, of Temple, Texas, formerly of South Bend, died Feb. 28, 2005, at his home in Temple.
Mr. Kuespert was born Feb. 5, 1932, in Mishawaka, Ind., to the late John G. and Elisabeth Browne Kuespert. He was also preceded in death by a brother, John M. Kuespert.
Survivors include his wife, Clara (Penrod) Kuespert of Temple; a son, David (Kay) of Temple; daughters, Cheryl (Dennis) Mixer of Cincinnati, Ohio, Brenda (Ken) Irwin of Belton, Texas, and Sandra (Frank) Alderman of San Angelo, Texas; seven grandchildren; a sister, Elizabeth Bubelenyi of South Bend; and by brothers, Edward (Beverly) of Ellicott City, Md., Thomas (Carolyn) of Lafayette, Ind., Ralph (Gayle of Dubuque, Iowa, and Robert (Karla) of South Bend.
Mr. Kuespert was a graduate of the former Central High School in South Bend. He had an associate's degree in engineering and worked for GTE as a fiber-optics engineer, retiring in 2000. He was a member of the Temple Amateur Radio Club, and the First Baptist Church in Belton, Texas.
Services were held on March 5, 2005, at the First Baptist Church in Belton. Scanio-Harper Funeral Home in Temple was in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be made to Scott and White Hospice, 2401 S. 31st St., Temple, TX 76508
