Helen (Horwarth) Lukasiewicz

Helen Lukasiewicz, 40, of 1366 Roelke Dr. died at 7:45 a.m. today in Memorial Hospital after a one-day illness. She was born March 7, 1932, in South Bend and had lived here all her life.

As Helen Horwarth on April 19, 1952, she was married to Donald E. Lukasiewicz, who survives. Also surviving are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Horwarth of South Bend; three sons, David, Thomas and Donald and a daughter Karen, all at home; two brothers, Leo Horwarth of Mishawaka and John of Battle Creek, Mich.; five sisters, Miss Josephine Horwarth, Miss Kathryn Horwarth, Mrs. Agnes Berlakovich, Mrs. Margaret Griesinger and Mrs. Ann Elek, all of South Bend.
