SOUTH BEND Patricia M. Steinhoffer, 62, died Thursday morning, Oct. 9, in Regency Place of South Bend, Ind. She was born in South Bend on Oct. 10, 1934, the daughter of John and Mildred (Heminger) Steinhoffer.

She was preceded in death by her father on June 30, 1996.

She graduated from Central High School and attended IUSB. She was a partner in the Steinhoffer Scale Company of Mishawaka until retiring in 1981. She is survived by her mother, Mildred Blanche Steinhoffer of South Bend.

Private graveside services will be held in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association
