ALEXANDER, Isaac - 1817 W. McClelland St., age 46, died Wednesday, July 4, 1979, at Hurley Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Wednesday at the New Gold Chapel, Greene Home for Funerals, Rev. Archie Powell officiating. Burial in Highland Cemetery, South Bend, Indiana.
Mr. Alexander now reposes at the New Gold Chapel where the family will receive friends from 6-7 PM today.
Mr. Alexander was born in Koscuisko, Miss., September 17, 1932, and had been a resident of Flint the last 25 years. He was a member of UAW Local 1292 and was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. Mr. Alexander was an employee of Fisher Body Division Grand Blanc Plant.
Surviving are: father, Paul Alexander Sr.; sister, Mrs. Katie Dickons; many nephews including Mr. Billy Landingham, all of Koscuisko; dear friend, Mrs. Norma Cook of Flint; 2 aunts, Mrs. Olivia Ruffin Dunbar of California and Mrs. Missoura Thorn of Chicago; many other relatives.

ALEXANDER - Burial for Isaac Alexander, 46, of Flint, Mich., formerly of South Bend, who died on July 4 in Flint, Mich., of gunshot wounds, took place Thursday in Highland Cemetery. Flint police report that a suspect questioned in connection with the shooting has been a patient in a mental health care facility since an apparent suicide attempt after the shooting. No charges have been filed. Clark's Funeral Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
