Judith Ann (Frame) Carlson, 60, residing in South Bend, Ind., passed away at 8:15 p.m. Thursday, March 28, in Memorial Hospital.
She was born on Sept. 20, 1941, in South Bend, to Harvey and Helen Frame. She was preceded in death by her father, Harvey Frame.
She is survived by her mother, Helen (Pilarski) Frame of South Bend. She is also survived by her three children, Christopher (Judy) Carlson of Tampa, Fla., Amanda Carlson of South Bend and Megan Carlson of South Bend; her grandsons, Mitchell and Scott Carlson of Tampa; and by numerous cousins, including Bill (Sally) Frame, Cynthia (Jerry) Graff, Bob (Cindy) Frame, Deborah (Rick) Schoner, Jim (Betty) Frame and Tammy Frame, who were like her brothers and sisters.
She graduated from Central High School, and was very active in the alumni. She co-chaired the Central High School Reunion Committee for many years. She also graduated from Indiana University South Bend. She was a docent at the Indiana Historical Society, and was also active in her church, Holy Cross Catholic Church.
Family and friends will greet visitors two hours before the service from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Tuesday in Holy Cross Catholic Church, with services at noon.
Judi will be missed greatly by her family and friends. They will miss her beautiful smile.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions in memory of Judith be made to Holy Cross Catholic Church, St. Joseph Hospice, or to the American Cancer Society.
The Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William Street, is in charge of arrangements.
