William Clark Ebersole

SOUTH BEND - William Clark Ebersole, 81, of Olmsted Township, Ohio, died May 25, 2012. He was born in South Bend, Indiana, on December 15, 1930, the only son of William "Will" and Sophia Ebersole, and brother to Joanne Burns and Barbara McClelland (all deceased).

Bill served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict in a M.A.S.H. unit, Austria.

He is survived by his wife, Sally; daughter, Joanna Miles (Richard); and grandsons, Sean and Ryan Miles (all of Strongsville, Ohio); nephews, Bill and Scott McClelland of Tampa, Florida; and niece, Kelly Burns of Dallas, Texas.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, June 9, 2012, at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, 23114 West Road, Olmsted Falls, OH 44138. Private interment at Lake View Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 300 East 185th Street, Cleveland, OH 44149; or to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church. Flowers may be sent directly to the church.
