Robert George Kiskowski

Robert George Kiskowski, 54, of 51742 Portage Road, died at 9:05 p.m. Saturday in Memorial Hospital after a an illness. He was employed as an interior designer for Christianson Furniture Co. of Mishawaka, and previously was employed by Makielski's Art Shop as a framer.

Mr. Kiskowski was born Nov. 30, 1929, in Fort Wayne, and lived in South Bend most of his life. On May 21, 1983, in South Bend, he married the former Anna Marie Johnson. She survives with a brother, Louis J. Kiskowski of South Bend.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William St. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, where military graveside services will be conducted by Bendix Post 284 American Legion.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.

Mr. Kiskowski was a member of the Northern Indiana Artists Association and was an Army veteran of the Korean War. Memorial contributions may be made to the Diabetes Association of St. Joseph County.
