SOUTH BEND — Joan F. Kulczak, 73, of Orlando, Fla., formerly of South Bend, died Monday in Orlando of cancer.

Survivors include her husband; Phil; a daughter, Judith A. McCue of Orlando; two sons, Theophil of St. Louis and Christopher of Lithia, Ga.;and two sisters, Theresa Banicki and E.T. Cencelewski, both of South Bend.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Lake Ivanhoe Chapel of Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home,Orlando.
