Daniel M.Buscoe, 74, of Dunn Road, Osceola, Indiana, passed away of natural causes Thursday, January 6, 2005, in Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka. Mr.Buscoe was born July 17, 1930, to John and Harriet (Lechtanski) Buscoe in South Bend, Indiana

.On June 30, 1951, Daniel married the former Ms.Edna Lamphier in South Bend. Edna survives along with three daughters, Linda Buscoe of Osceola, Deborah Hayes and her husband, Dennis, and Laurie Kirkman and her husband, Richard, all of South Bend.Also surviving are four grandchildren, Daniel Rutkowski and his wife, Shannon, Brandi Neely and her husband, James, Kathrynn Kirkman and Travis Kirkman; and seven great-grandchildren.

Preceding Daniel in death were his brothers, Roland and Raymond Buscoe;and an infant sister, Delores Buscoe.

Visitation will be held from 2 to 6 p.m.Sunday, January 9, 2005, in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, where a Rosary service will be conducted by Rev. Richard Hire at 5:30 p.m.A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m.Monday, January 10, 2005, in Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Mishawaka.

Mr.Buscoe was a graduate of Central High School in South Bend, class of 1948, and was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church. Daniel also served his country in the U.S.Army Reserves for six years.He was employed by Speed Grip Chuck of Elkhart, Indiana, for 20 years as a machinist before his retirement in 1995
