Kiki (Tsalikis) Raysakis

Kiki Raysakis, 82 years, of South Bend, IN, Arlington Heights, Cary, Huntley, IL, passed peacefully surrounded by her family Nov. 15, 2017.

Kiki was a graduate of the University of Michigan, and taught junior high school in South Bend, IN. Kiki enjoyed teaching , and taught Sunday school at St. Johns Greek Orthodox Church in DesPlaines, where she also was choir director, and then at St. Sophia in Elgin, IL. Later in life she served as a reading tutor in Cary, IL grade schools.

Kiki and George shared 56 wonderful years together. She is the Loving Mother to Michael Raysakis, and Callie Zasada. Grandmother to Nicole Raysakis, Kaitlin Zasada, Matthew Raysakis, and Dillon Zasada. Sister to Stanley Stevens.

Preceded in death by her parents, James and Mary; sisters, Clara Blase and Sandra Hagimahalis; and brother, Steven Tsalikis.

Visitation will be held at St. Sophia's Greek Orthodox Church in Elgin at 9:00 to 10:30 on Saturday Nov 18th, Services to follow. Family and Friends will meet following the service at Windridge Memorial Park in Cary, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations in Kiki's memory can be made to Saint Sophia's Greek Orthodox Church, Building fund, in Elgin, IL. Miller Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
