Michael L. Henry

Michael Lee HENRY, 64, of Riverside Place, South Bend, Indiana, passed away at 10:05 p.m. Friday, December 30, 2005 in Healthwin Specialized Care, South Bend. He was born on June 16, 1941 in South Bend to the late Leila M. (HUMPHREY) and Robert W. HENRY. He was preceded in death by a sister, Betty LINK. On May 7, 1988, in South Bend, he married Barbara S. FANIN who survives. Mr. HENRY is also survived by two daughters, Susan HENRY of Chicago, Illinois and Patricia HENRY of South Bend; three sons, Dennis (Cheryl) HENRY of Greenwood, Indiana, Tim (Michaele) HENRY and Travis (Marron) HENRY, all of Marcellus; three stepsons, James David (Nancy) WHEAT, Allan Lee (Kitty) WHEAT and Frank James (JoAnn) FANIN, Jr. all of South Bend; twenty-one grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and a brother, John Patrick HENRY of South Bend. He was previously married to Maureen C. Mahoney who remarried after their marriage together to become Maureen C. Harris, who survives Mr. HENRY was a retired union painter, which he did for 35 years. He was a member of the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors and the Early American Industries Association. Most importantly, he was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, brother and friend who will be dearly missed by all those lives he touched. Services for Mr. HENRY were held in the Welsheimer Family Funeral Home, in South Bend. Rev. Ronald Tripi, CSC, conducted the services. Burial followed the services at Highland Cemetery, South Bend.
