SOUTH BEND — Patricia Faye (Voogd) Lindeman, 62, of Portage, Mich., formerly of South Bend, died April 15 in Rose Arbor Hospice, Kalamazoo.

Survivors include two daughters, Lynne Wiersma of Dorr, Mich., and Michelle Dolby of Skandia, Mich.; two sons, William of Great Falls, Mont., and Kenneth of Gwinn, Mich.; two sisters, Kay Perry of Niles and Kandi Gonzales of LaPorte; and two brothers, Terrance Voogd of Hartford and Robert Voogd of South Bend.

Services were held in Rupert, Dunham, Marshall & Gren Funeral Home, Portage
