Thomas Mark Kujawski , 62, of Hazel Road, South Bend, Ind., died Thursday afternoon, June 5, in his home. He was born June 26, 1940, in South Bend, to Theodore and Mary (Duck) Kujawski .

Tom retired from New Energy Corporation, where he was a pipefitter for 15 years.

On Feb. 27, 1960, in St. Joseph Catholic Church, South Bend, he married Janet Bilyew, who survives along with two sons; two grandchildren, a sister, two brothers, and his mother, Mary Kujawski of Fort Wayne.

His father and a brother, Kenneth J. Kujawski, both preceded Tom in death.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, June 9, in the HICKEY Funeral Home, 3516 E. Jefferson Blvd., 289-1000. Interment will follow at Southlawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, June 8, in the funeral home.

Tom was a Central High School graduate of 1958 and a staff sergeant for the Army Reserves motor pool division for 10 years.
