SOUTH BEND - Former South Bend resident, Bert Chudzicki, Jr., 77, of Rio Rancho, NM, died Sunday, January 24, 2016, in the Intensive Care Unit at Lovelace Westside Hospital due to complications from Bilateral Pneumonia, surrounded by his loving family and friends.

Bert was born Sept. 8, 1938, in South Bend, to the late Veronica (Klemczewski) and Bert Chudzicki, Sr., and had lived in South Bend until moving to Rio Rancho in 2004.

On July 9, 1960, in South Bend, he married Sharon Kaye Hauck, who preceded him in death in 2013. He was also preceded in death by brothers, Robert Chudzicki, James Chudzicki and Larry Chudzicki.

Surviving are his daughter, Debbie Chudzicki of Rio Rancho; brothers, Dennis, Joseph, and Randy; and sister, Sharon
