Donald Arthur Tolle, 70, of Timberville, VA died November 23, 2015 at his residence.

He was born November 21, 1945 in South Bend, Indiana, to the late Arthur and Helen Wilson Tolle.

He worked at Best Western in Harrisonburg. He was a member of Broadway Baptist Church. He was in the bands, Shenandoah Valley Minstrels, and Ole Time Pickers. He was a co-leader and involved with Boy Scouts Troop 1 in Broadway. He was a member of Broadway High School Band Boosters.

On January 1, 1967, he married the former Sandra Mason who survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Janel Loy and husband Irvin of Stanley, Allison Tolle of Timberville; one son, Derek Tolle of Timberville; one nephew, Bill Wilson and wife Jeanne of Columbia, MD; sister in law and brother in law, Delmer and Bonnie Mason of Broadway; brother at heart, Robert Reedy, Jr. of Broadway.

Pastor Donnie Owens will conduct a memorial service 2:00 PM Saturday at Broadway Baptist Church. Burial at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens will be private.

The family will receive friends following the memorial service. The body was cremated.
