MISHAWAKA - Patricia L. Chudzicki, 47, of 132 E. Lowell Ave., died at 11 a.m. Sunday at Memorial Hospital, South Bend, after an illness.

Mrs. Chudzicki was born May 27, 1943, in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident.

On Aug. 5, 1961, in South Bend, as Patricia Golubski, she married Robert M. Chudzicki. He survives with a daughter, Rachelle Black of South Bend; four sons, Robert, Bryan, Anthony and Scott, all at home; a grandchild; and a sister, Joan Oswald of South Bend.

A son, Stephen, died in 1984.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at - St. Joseph Funeral Home, South Bend. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, South Bend. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today in the funeral home, where a rosary will be said at 7 p.m.
