Shirley Ann (Howell) DeWitt

Mishawaka-Shirley Ann DeWitt, 74, passed away at home on Friday, January 24, 2014.

Shirley was born on March 22, 1939 in Long Beach, CA as the daughter of Herbert and Irene (Lemerhart) Howell. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Charles Howell.

On May 1, 1965 in South Bend as the former Shirley Howell she married Arnold DeWitt. Surviving are her loving husband, Arnold and a son, Terry Brogdon of Mishawaka.

Shirley worked for Uniroyal for 42 years before she retired.

As per Shirley's wishes there will be no visitation and no services. Hahn Funeral Home, Mishawaka has been entrusted with handling the final arrangements.
