Carol Suzanne Wasserman

ANTIOCH, IN -- Carol S. (Herren) (Hudak) Wasserman, 60, of Antioch, IN, passed away on Sunday, June 10, after an extended illness.
Carol was born on October 14, 1946, and grew up in the South Bend area, graduating from South Bend Central High School. She was employed for several years by the AM General Corp.
On June 21, 1969, she married Leonard Hudak, who preceded her in death. On May 29, 1982, she married Ervin Wasserman, who survives.
After living and working in the Chicago, IL, area for several years, they moved to Nashville, TN, where they were owners of the Donut Palace.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Vera B. (Hazen) Herren on January 21, 1988.
Survivors include her father, John T. Herren; a brother, John D. (Pat) Herren; and nieces and nephews, all of Port Lavaca, TX. Carol is also survived by an aunt, Mary (Dan) Myers of Granger; and several other family members who will miss Carol and her fun-loving and caring ways.
