Bolf, Edwin Jr , 79, of Larchmont Drive in De-Land, FL passed away at his home on April 17, 2002. Services 9 AM Saturday. April 20. 2002 at St. Anne Catholic Church in DeBary with Father Tom Smith officiating. Visitation 6 to 8 PM Friday (today) with a Wake Service at 7 PM at ALLEN-SUMMERHILL MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 386-734.4663.
Mr. Bolf was born in South Bend, IN and moved from Ft. Lauderdale 15 years ago. Mr BoIf was in the Navy Air Corp during WW II. He retired as a Vice President for Glendale Savings and Loan Formerly First Federal Saving and Loan of Ft Lauderdale. He was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church in DeBary, Knights of Columbus Council #6274 of DeLand and DeLand Country Club. He attended Notre Dame. He enjoyed golfing, fishing and playing bridge.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Virginia sons, Edwin Bolf III of West Palm Beach. Thomas Bolf of Plantation, daughters, Cindy Barbour of Tampa and Susan Englert of Longwood: eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
