Pauline M.(Lardon) Shue

June 8, 1912 - Nov. 12, 2005

Pauline M. Shue, 93, residing on Ridgedale Road, formerly of Ash Lane, South Bend, passed away at 4:30 a.m. Saturday, November 12, 2005, in Ironwood Health Rehabilitation Center. She was born June 8, 1912, in Mishawaka, to Bill and Pearl (Weinberg) Lardon, and had remained a lifelong resident of this area.

In 1957, in South Bend, she married Charles Shue, who preceded her in death in 1985. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Evelyn Meyers.

Mrs. Shue is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Shirley Reamer of South Bend; five grandchildren, Thomas (DiAnn) Reamer Jr., Trent (Lynn) Reamer, Terry (Dana) Reamer, Traci (Wayne) Hullinger and Tricia (Robert) Sherry; and 16 grandchildren.

Mrs. Shue graduated from South Bend Central High School. She was a member of the South Bend Moose Lodge #58 where she served as dining room coordinator.

Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 14, at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola, with Rev. Trent Reamer officiating. Palmer Funeral Home-River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Ave., South Bend, is assisting the Shue family with arrangements. The family requests that contributions in memory of Pauline M. Shue may be made to the Touch of Glory Worship Center, 1701 East Ireland Road, South Bend, IN 46614.
