Barbara Ann (Whitaker) Weldy

SOUTH BEND — Barbara Ann Weldy, 63, of 1031 Patty Lane, died at 9:30 p.m. Saturday in St. Joseph's Medical Center after an illness. Mrs. Weldy was born Feb. 6, 1928, in Chicago and lived in South Bend for two years, coming from Florida.

She is survived by a daughter, Diann L.Weldy of South Bend; and a son, David P. of San Francisco. A son, Allen C., died in 1977.

There will be no services or visitation. Cremation will take place. Thallemer-Goethals Funeral Home, Mishawaka, is in charge of arrangements.
