Gladys C. Lochmandy Brant

CAMDEN – A memorial service for Gladys C. Brant, 90, will be held on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home. The Rev. James Barnhill will officiate. The family will receive friends following the service at the home of Russell and Patsy Brant. Burial will be held in Highland Cemetery, South Bend, Ind. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace Episcopal Church, 1315 Lyttleton Street, Camden, S.C. 29020.
Mrs. Brant, wife of the late Victor Brant, died Tuesday, April 29, 2014. Born in South Bend, Ind., she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Mary Kis Lochmandy. She enjoyed reading and cross stitching. She was a member of Grace Episcopal Church.
Surviving are her son, Russell V. Brant (Patsy) of Camden; daughter, Audrey Herzberg (Rick) of Granger, Ind.; sister, Doris Brantley (Vernon) of Columbia; 6 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brothers, Ollie Lochmandy and Harry Lochmandy.
