SOUTH BEND, IN - Ralph Keith Daveline passed away on September 27, 2018 in Las Vegas. Ralph was born in South Bend, Indiana on March 28, 1933. At a very young age he and his father, John Daveline and mother, Catherine Cserpes Daveline moved to New York State.

A few years later they lived in the state of Ohio. As a young teen they moved back to South Bend. He graduated from South Bend Central High School. Then he attended his beloved Notre Dame for a few semesters. He was a lifetime Notre Dame fan. He attended football games when living in South Bend and never missed a game on TV when living away.

His life's work was in sales and leasing, mostly heavy trucks and equipment.

Lee Castleman and Ralph were married on Valentine's Day in 1953. They were blessed with two sons, Keith (Peggy Moser) and Kerry (Mia LeBlanc); and one daughter, Kim (Jim Fojut). Keith passed away in 2002 and Kerry passed away in 2003. They both left angel wives and precious children. At 85 years old Ralph had 8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

In 1960 Ralph and Lee were baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and have been active members since then. He has held many positions and loved being part of the wonderful work.

In 1969 the Daveline family moved to California until 2000 when Ralph and Lee moved to Las Vegas. Later in life Ralph enjoyed writing short stories and creating modernistic artwork. The last 8 years of his life he had the pleasure of doing volunteer work regularly two days a week with Metro. He adored the people he worked with and enjoyed every minute he served.
