SOUTH BEND -- Clifford Fouts Jr., 62, of Tucson, Ariz., formerly of South Bend, died Dec. 16 in his home of natural causes.

Survivors include a daughter, Shannon Foley of Tucson; two sons, Scott and Bryan, both of Tucson; and two brothers, Robert of Fort Wayne and Thomas of Austin, Texas.

Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in Crumstown Conservation Club, North Liberty. Advantage Funeral Services, Tucson, is handling arrangements.
