SOUTH BEND -- David F. Collins, 62, of Kenilworth Road, died Friday in Hospice of St. Joseph County following an illness.

Survivors include his wife, Susanna M. (Young); a daughter, Jody Collins of Elkhart; two sons, John D. of Elkhart and Todd A. of Denver; a sister, Kathi Szabo of Mishawaka; and a brother, Michael of South Bend.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Kaniewski Funeral Home, where friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday.
