Sharon finished battling lung cancer last week. She decided instead to find solace in the arms of her Lord. She was a hard worker all her life either rearing children or helping others with her unique blend of caring, tough love, and endless words of wisdom. She found much satisfaction working at Life Treatment Center up to the very end doing her part to help total strangers stop their destructive, addictive behaviors. She also enjoyed all her children's activities and growing her beautiful flowers where ever she could find some dirt.
She was a graduate of S.B. Central High School Class of '62. She was preceded in death by her parents Betty Morris (Kizer) and Robert Morris, her daughter Gabrielle Marie Wright (age 4, 1976) and her brother Kevin Morris. She had three surviving children; Doyle Wright III, 50 (Simpsonville S.C.), Lisa Wright (Vickie), 47 (Evans, CO) and Robert Wright, 43 (Mishawaka, IN) as well as dozens of "adopted" children with which she shared her life and helped to guide through their own trials and tribulations. She also had three grandchildren; Matt Miller Jr. (Rachelle), 27 (Cheyenne, WY), Breanna Miller, 20 (Boulder, CO) and Aly Wright, 14 (Simpsonville, S.C.) as well as 3 great-grandchildren, Raya, Devric, and Logan. She is also survived by her sister, Debbie Russell (Jack) (Romeo, MI), and her brothers; Terry Morris (Kent, OH), and Robert Morris (Gloria), (Oklahoma City, OK).
