Joseph Flowers, Jr., age 58 died Saturday at North FL. Regional Medical Center, Mr. Flowers worked for the Public Works Dept. of the City of North Lauderdale, FL, he was a Veteran of Viet Nam serving in the U.S. Army.
He was an avid TV. watcher of Football, Baseball, was a member of the Thelma Boltin Senior Citizen Center where he enjoyed bingo. He also loved the lottery. He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Joy M. Flowers, of Gainesville, Daughter and Granddaughter, Cindy Laukert and Corina McBride both of Gainesville, and man's best friend Brandy. Funeral services will be held, Thurs day, Oct. 12, 2006 in the Milam Funeral Home Chapel, 311 S. Main St. at 11:00 AM with visitation one hour prior to services.
