Margaret C. "Peggy"  (O'Neill) Policinski

Margaret C. 'Peggy" Policinski, 85, formerly of South Bend, passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2006, in Meridian Manor, Wayzata, MN. Margaret was born on April 17, 1921, in Kalamazoo, MI, to James and Emma (Born) O'Neill. She married Eugene T. Policinski on April 17, 1948, in South Bend. She was preceded in death by her parents and by her husband, Eugene.

She is survived by her daughter, Mary A. O'Neill of Mishawaka; three sons, Eugene F Policinski of Nashville, TN, Timothy J. Policinski of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Christopher J. Policinski of Minneapolis, MN; 10 grandchildren; her sister, Dorothy Bodden of Portage, WI; and her brother, Richard O'Neill of Pennsylvania. Margaret was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church, and she worked as a computer operator for the South Bend Water Works.

Visitation will be on Friday, December 1, 2006, from 4 to 8 p.m. in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 1827 E. Ireland Road, South Bend, where a Rosary will be prayed at 4:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, December 2, 2006, at 10 a.m. in St. Jude Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery, South Bend. For those who are unable to attend the funeral liturgy, condolences for the family may be sent to www.sjfh.net.
