George W. "Tunney" Goodrick Jr

George W. "Tunney" Goodrick Jr., 56, of 2014 Haven Ct., Mishawaka, died at 5:28 p.m. Wednesday in Memorial Hospital after a sudden illness. He had been employed for 38 years at the Dodge Manufacturing Co. He was born on Aug. 30, 1922, in South Bend and lived all his life in this area.

On Dec. 11, 1943. in South Bend he married Beverly J. Horton, who survives. Also surviving are two daughters. Mrs. Sheryl L. Fagan of Granger and Mrs. Sue A. Pierce of Versailles. Ky.; four grandchildren, and his father, George W. Goodrick Sr. of South Bend.

Services will be at 1 p.m Saturday in the Hollis-Palmer Funeral Home, 2528 Mishawaka Ave.. with Rev. John R. Parks, pastor of the River Park United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial. will be in St Joseph Valley Memorial Park. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today in the funeral home.

Goodrick was a member of the Quarter-Century Club at Dodge and the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Lodge 2083, Mishawaka.
