NEIL SNYDER DIES SOUTH BEND, IN  During the 35 years Neil C. Snyder served the circulation department of The South Bend Tribune, circulation grew from 12,511 to nearly 120,000. Snyder, who retired as circulation manager in 1960, died Monday after a three-month illness. He was 73. Services will be Thuisday.

Survivors include the widow, Charlotte; a daughter, Mrs. John J. Loughlin, South Bend, and a son, Neil C. Jr., Indianapolis.
