SOUTH BEND — Robert E. Eller, 75, of 826 30th St., died at 9:20 a.m. today in St. Joseph's Medical Center. Mr. Eller was employed by the former Studebaker Corp., the former Thews Motors as parts manager, and retired from K mart in security. He was born Feb. 10, 1917, in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident.

He is survived by three sisters, Ruth Leonard of Mishawaka, Betty Brenton of Kokomo, and Anna Mae Garwood of St. James City, Fla.; a brother, Roland of Lakeville. He was a member of River Park United Church of Christ and was a veteran of World War II.

Services will be at 11 am. Saturday in Hollis-Orvis-Palmer Funeral Home, 2528 Mishawaka Ave. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
