SOUTH BEND - Onesta Irene Rapp, 94, of South Bend, passed away Friday, June 29, 2018 at the Hearth at Juday Creek. Irene was born October 10, 1923, in South Bend to Charles Rapp and Ruth (Otto). Irene was a lifetime resident of South Bend, living on Howard Street. She retired from the University of Notre Dame, where she worked as a secretary. Irene enjoyed traveling, continuing education, and she loved cats. There will be no visitation and a private graveside service will be held at Saint Joseph Valley Memorial Park Cemetery, Granger.
