Jean E. (Fisher) Thines
Private services will be held for Jean E. Thines, who died Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2003 in her East Aurora home after a long illness. She was horn in Bristol, Ind. After she married Dr. Robert Thines in 1943, they spent several years in Germany while he served in the Army. Upon their return to the United States, he practiced dentistry in East Aurora. At his death in 1997, they had been married for 54 years.
Mrs. Thines was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in East Aurora, the Catholic Daughters of the Americas and the Coast Guard Auxiliary.
Survivors include a daughter, Robyn Kay Ellis, and two sons, Nicholas and Terrence, all of East Aurora, and five grandchildren.
