SOUTH BEND — Albert H. Douglass, 77, of the Greencroft Health Care Center, Goshen, formerly of South Bend, died Saturday in the center of natural causes.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Palmer Funeral Home, Mishawaka, where friends may call one hour before services.
