BARBARA JEAN (WILLIAMS) FULLER

Barbara Jean Fuller May 5, 1932 - April 18, 2015 SOUTH BEND - Barbara Jean Williams was born the eldest child to Troy and Mildred Williams on May 5, 1932. Her sister Bernice joined the family the next year. Barbara grew up in South Bend, graduating from Central High School.

She married Emerson C. Fuller on Christmas Eve in 1955. One child, Steven Carnet was born to this union of 57 years.

Barbara passed away on April 18, 2015 at 4:30 pm at Hospice House in Elkhart, Indiana after a brief illness.

In her early years she was employed by The Enroe Shirt Company as a seamstress. Her primary joy was raising her only son Steven and supporting her husband EC. S

he was preceded in death by her husband, mother, father and sister.

She leaves to mourn her, a son, Steven, her beloved niece, Dr. Paula Dawning of Round Rock, Texas, three grandchildren, Alexis, Melissa and Brandon, and three great-grandchildren; five cousins: Mary (Sherman) Streets of Chicago, Illinois, Eddy Thomas of Wisconsin, Elizabeth Christian of Benton Harbor, Michigan, Anna Marie Anderson Dixon (Robert) of San Diego, California and Luther (Ann) Anderson of Indianapolis, Indiana, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, April 24, 2015 at Alford's Mortuary with burial following at Highland Cemetery. Viewing will occur from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Alford's Mortuary. Arrangements have been entrusted with Alford's Mortuary. www.Alfordsmortuaryinc.com
